 Do You Know Jesus?

     The most important relationship of your life is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  If you would like to receive Him as your Lord and Savior, and enter into the greatest relationship you have ever known, then pray the prayer below.

     Father, you loved me so much that you gave your only begotten Son to die for my sins so that whoever believes in you will not perish, but have eternal life.

     Your word says that I am saved by grace through faith as a gift from you.  There is nothing I can do to earn salvation.  I believe and confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is your Son, the Savior of the world.  I believe He died on the cross for me and bore all my sins, paying the price for them.

     I am a sinner and I am sorry for my sins and I ask you to forgive me. I believe in my heart that you raised Jesus from the dead and that He is alive and that He now lives in me. I now, by faith receive you Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.  I believe that I am saved and I will spend eternity with you.  Father, I am so grateful.  Amen.

    Now that you have received Jesus Christ into your life, it is important that you are baptized in water, because there is a difference between the salvation message and being born again. Professing only with your mouth to repent of your sins is receiving salvation. 

    The Word of God makes it very clear the importance of Water Baptism which is being born again. Jesus Christ himself gave us the example in Mathew 3:1-6 and verse 11.

    Acts 2:38 states: Then Peter said unto them, repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

     Finally, you need to attend a faith believing church that teaches the Word of God in its entirety and where you can fellowship with other believers. This is very important.
