In God We Trust (continued from the Features page) Senator Byrd even cites these prophetic words of Jefferson as "a forceful and explicit warning that to remove God from this country will destroy it."What happened to our American Patriots? Where are they today, the great men of wisdom and excellent character. For the most part they are non-existent. So, we are left with a frightening scenario of what if and when. Every American should be very concerned with what is taking place at this moment in our nation, and the consequences we will face, if the idiotically atheistic oppression of such organization like the ACLU and other same like-minded individuals, continues to infiltrate our American Heritage. We are already witnessing anarchy in our judicial system, such as the recent case filed in the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to remove "In God We Trust" from our currency. When someone asked what can I do? My response is if you have not read the book "Power to The People" by renowned radio talk show host, Laura Ingraham, you need to do so. I highly recommend it. It is not just by accident that the immortal words on the Jefferson Monument that I quoted earlier, which I will recite again: "God who gave us life gave us liberty. Can the liberties of a nation be secure when we have removed a conviction that these liberties are the gift of God? I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that his justice cannot sleep forever." Senator Byrd cites Jefferson's Prophetic word by saying, "a forceful and explicit warning that to remove God from this country will destroy it." Oh! such foolishness on the part of individuals who dare tamper with the reverential goodness of God. I do not say this lightly when I reference the word Prophetic either, and its implications. I do not believe for one moment, that this was just a so called coined coincidental statement professed by Mr. Jefferson. Although Thomas Jefferson at the time, may not have realized its great significance (and who knows perhaps he did know) or the providential roll it would have for today. However, I do believe it was the Divine Hand of Providence, and if this be the case, in the instance of anyone who would try to exert their wickedness upon what God has ordained, I would be very careful.The Solemnity (continued from the Home page) When the tragedy of September 11th occurred, I believe very few people understood how such a horrific incidence could happen in America. The answer is found in the evidence of America's failure to hold true to her once moral attributes, and to what has now become immoral and irreverent. Never before in the history of our great nation has there been such an attack of un-seen forces than what is now prevalent in our public schools, work places and especially among our public officials. The federal, state and municipal levels of government who have acted and forced upon its citizens their own carnality of atheistic views is at an unprecedented high, and because of such actions America is now most vulnerable in every case scenario. This is just the tip of the iceberg, the "Alpha and Omega" of what has catapulted our Nation into such turmoil and into the venomous hands of destructive evil forces. We are living in pernicious times and no one should take what happened on 911 lightly. |
